Article 1 — Service Provider
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) apply to all yoga services offered by:

Self-employed entrepreneur (auto-entreprise) registered in France, hereinafter referred to as “Ariyo Souleymane”, “ARIYOG”, “the Service Provider” or “the Company”.

Article 2 — Scope
These Terms apply to all yoga services offered by ARIYOG, including private sessions, corporate wellness sessions, and any other yoga-related service. Booking a session constitutes full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms.
Article 3 — Services and Pricing
3.1 Private Sessions (individuals)
Individual or small group sessions, delivered online or in person (Paris, Marseille and surroundings; travel costs may apply).
– 60-minute online session : €60 incl. taxes
– 60-minute in person session : €70 incl. taxes + travel costs
– 90-minute online session : €80 incl. taxes
– 90-minute in person session : €90 incl. taxes + travel costs
– Travel costs: quoted upon request
3.2 Corporate Wellness Sessions
Group sessions held at the client’s premises or online, for groups of 6 to 15 participants.
– 60-minute session: €150 (excl. VAT)
– Recurring programmes (weekly or monthly): price upon request
– Travel costs: quoted on request based on distance
3.3 Session Packs
Session packs may be offered at preferential rates. The number of sessions, validity period, and price are specified at the time of purchase. Packs are:
– Personal and non-transferable
– Non-refundable once purchased, except in the event of permanent cessation of ARIYOG’s activity
– Valid for the duration specified at purchase, with no extension possible
Article 4 — Booking
Bookings are made via the online booking system available at ariyog.com or by email at hello@ariyog.com. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or, for corporate clients, a signed purchase order or quote.
By booking a session, the client acknowledges having read and accepted these Terms in full.En réservant une prestation, le client reconnaît avoir pris connaissance et accepté les présentes CGV.
Article 5 — Paiement
Payment is due at the time of booking. Accepted payment methods:
– Credit or debit card (via the online booking platform)
– Bank transfer (on request; details provided by email)
– For corporate clients: bank transfer within 30 days of invoice date
Article 6 — Cancellation Policy
6.1 Cancellation by the Client
All cancellations must be notified by email to hello@ariyog.com or via the booking platform.
– Cancellation more than 48 hours before the session: the session may be rescheduled at no charge
– Cancellation less than 48 hours before the session: the full session fee is due; no refund or rescheduling will be offered
– No-show without prior notice: the full session fee is due
6.2 Cancellation by the Service Provider
If ARIYOG cancels a session (illness, force majeure), the client will be offered the choice of: rescheduling to a mutually agreed date, or a full refund of the cancelled session.
Article 7 — Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to leisure services for which a specific date or period of performance is agreed. Accordingly, any yoga session booked for a specific date and time is not subject to the right of withdrawal once confirmed.
Article 8 — Liability and Health
The client confirms that they are in good health and physically able to practise yoga. Medical advice should be sought in case of doubt. ARIYOG shall not be held liable for accidents or injuries resulting from the client’s failure to disclose a health condition incompatible with yoga practice.
The service provider holds professional liability insurance.
Article 9 — Personal Data
Personal data collected during the booking process (name, email address, contact details) is used solely for the purpose of managing bookings and delivering services, and is not shared with any third party. In accordance with the GDPR, clients have the right to access, rectify, and request deletion of their personal data by contacting hello@ariyog.com.
Article 10 — Applicable Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will first seek an amicable resolution. Failing that, the matter will be referred to the competent courts of the jurisdiction in which the service provider is established.
