How it works
- Book a free introduction call during which we will define the best format for your group and the specifics of our collaboration
- Duration of sessions: from 60 to 90 minutes.
- Duration of commitment: to be defined, one-off (seminars, team-building, etc.) or ongoing sessions available
- Location: online or in person (Paris area, minor travel fee may apply), in an empty meeting room, dedicated fitness room, or nearby studio
- Students must be fit to practice yoga. You will need a dedicated room, one yoga mat, two yoga blocks and one strap per participant – we will discuss props recommendations further on the introduction call.
