Whether you’re a complete beginner or already practicing, a private session offers the ideal setting to grow and progress. Sessions are designed around your needs: from building strength and mobility, to finding calm in a busy schedule, or working toward specific postures, always with proper alignment.

What to expect
- Tailored sequences aligned to your unique goals
- One-to-one guidance to refine alignments, improve posture clarity and avoid injury
- Flexible scheduling, in person (Paris and surroundings) or online
- Progress at your own rhythm
How it works
- Book a class for yourself, or a small group of friends.
- Duration: from 60 to 90 minutes.
- Location: online or in person (Paris area, minor travel fee may apply)
- You will need comfortable clothes and a mat to start. Optional props include a soft blanket, cushions and yoga blocks if you want to level up your practice – I’ll guide you on setup
